长春城际轨道客车配件有限公司前身是长春客车厂工业公司铁路客车配件厂，2009年改制后更名为长春城际轨道客车配件有限公司，是现中车集团长春轨道客车股份有限公司配套供应商中的骨干企业。公司位于长春市绿园经济开发区轨道客车产业园区内，占地面积约6万平方米，拥有约3.5万平方米的现代化厂房和2千余平的办公场地。公司现有员工400余人。其中中，高级职称专业及技术人员约占企业总人数的15%以上。
Changchun Intercity Railway Vehicle Fittings Co.,Ltd (CIRF)was used to be a collective enterprise called Changchun Car Industry Fittings Factory established in 1987, It was restructured in 2009 and changed name to CIRF. The company is one of the most reliable suppliers of CRRC Corporation Limited. The company is located in a Railway Vehicle Industry Zone in Lvyuan District in Changchun, covers an area of about 60,000 square meters, with about 35,000 square meters of international standard workshops and more than 2,000 square meters office space. The company has more than 400 employees, more than 15% of the total employees are senior professionals and technical staffs.
通过多年的努力发展，公司已拥有冲压加工，机械加工，拉伸折弯，铝合金结构焊接，碳钢和不锈钢结构焊接，预处理，热处理，及喷漆打沙在内的8条专业化生产线。为提高产品在市场上的竞争力，公司先后引进了数台五轴和三轴龙门数控加工设备，高压水切割设备，数控激光和光纤切割设备，三维拉伸设备，1250吨位的冲压设备，60米自动焊机，自动TIG直缝焊接设备，数控折弯设备等智能和大型的机加，冲压，焊接设备。与此同时公司在管理方面率先运用了ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)软件系统，显著的提高了公司在资源利用和分配上的管理水平。
The company now owns 8 professional production lines, which include stamping, machining, stretching and bending, aluminum welding, carbon steel and stainless steel welding, pretreatment, heat treatment, and painting and sanding treatments. For sustainably improving the compatibility of products in the market, the company has in order purchased large number of equipments, those include 4 to 30 meters five-axis and three axis CNC machining equipments, water jets cutting machines, CNC laser and fiber cutting equipments, 3 dimension stretching and bending equipments, 60 meters long MIG welding line, etc. In addition, the application of Enterprise Resource Planning management system has outstandingly improved utilization and distribution of the resources in the management level of the company since 2001.
自2009年改制后，公司通过自身的努力转型升级淘汰了以碳钢，不锈钢为代表的支柱性产品，而转向生产以铝合金为主的结构性车体大部件。公司现有主要产品包括：高铁380B/BL司机室小件及KK端组件，中国标准化动车组司机室大部件加工及焊接，200公里动车组和350公里标准化动车组的餐车酒吧设备，城轨车辆的侧墙，平顶，牵引梁等大部件加工及焊接产品。与此之外，公司于2012年与日本轻金属集团旗下的日轻金株式会社成了合资公司，长春日轻轨道客车装备有限公司。该公司主要生产铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接产品，其技术来源可靠，研发能力强，在铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接领域处世界领先地位。
After the reformation in 2009, the company has abandoned a majority number of lower value-added products, instead to work on the products with higher profitability. Our company now has gained a great capability of manufacturing a variety range of large and refined structural car body parts. Our main products include:
l China standardized high-speed train: all components and large parts welding of drivers ‘carriages, kitchen system, variety types of structural body parts;
l CRH380 B/BL high-speed trains: over 200 aluminum components of drivers’ carriages and chassis components;
l CRH5 250km high-speed train: kitchen system, sand box (for braking system);
l City railway vehicles: end walls, sidewalls, flat roofs, traction beams, sleeper beams, etc.
Moreover, the company has also formed an joint venture company with Japanese Nikkeikin Aluminum Core Technology Company Ltd in 2012. The company is specialized in manufacturing and researching FSW products.
