集团、瑞士乔治•费歇尔工业管道有限公司、亚大集团共同出资兴建的中外合资企业。公司位于长春市高新区达新路797号。
公司专业开发、制造安全可靠的车辆及液压、气动行业用管路系统，并提供完善的管路系统技术解决方案。产品主要用于车辆燃油系统、制动系统、真空助力系统、曲轴箱通风、SCR系统尿素液输送、空调系统、动力转向系统、发动机冷却系统、风窗洗涤系统、天窗排水等，产品材料除特种尼龙、PVC等工程塑料外，还涉及金属材料、橡胶材料等。
